School Based Management

​SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT - School-Based Management (SBM) refers to a decentralized approach to educational administration and decision-making that gives greater autonomy and authority to individual schools. In SBM, schools are empowered to make important decisions related to governance, curriculum, budgeting, staffing, and other aspects of school operations. The goal of SBM is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of schools by involving key stakeholders, such as principals, teachers, parents, and community members, in decision-making processes.
