DMPCES Engages Regional Schools Press Conference 2024

Nabunturan, Davao De Oro witnessed a convergence of young journalistic talent during the Regional School Press Conference (RSPC) held from March 18 to March 22, 2024. Among the bright participants were the students from Daniel M. Perez Central Elementary School, who showcased their remarkable skills and commitment to journalism.
Dennese Lyzl L. Dacullo, a budding student journalist, emerged as one of the standout performers of the event. Dacullo's exceptional talent and dedication were evident as she secured a coveted spot in the top ten during the third round of the RSPC Qualifier for Pagwawasto at Paguulo ng Balita. Her prowess in ensuring accuracy and clarity in news reporting garnered praise and recognition from peers and mentors alike.
Adding to the school's achievements was Diana Mae P. Pagaspas, whose keen eye for visual storytelling propelled her to become an RSPC Qualifier for Photojournalism in the English Elementary Level category. Pagaspas' ability to capture the essence of a story through compelling images highlights her promising future in the field of journalism.
Shaun Jubert Manlucob also shone bright on the RSPC stage, qualifying as an RSPC Sports Writing Qualifier. Manlucob's passion for sports coupled with his flair for writing enabled him to craft engaging narratives that brought sporting events to life on paper.
Behind the success of these talented students stands their mentor and coach, Ma'am Babette C. Ventic. Her guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support played a pivotal role in nurturing the students' talents and honing their journalistic skills.
